Management Team


Jon Fox, President

Jon has a bachelor's degree from New York University and almost twenty years experience marketing some of the world's biggest brands including AOL, Pepsi, and Sony. When not leading Flightpath, he's a father, rock-and-roll singer, and marathon runner.


Steven Louie, Creative Director

Steven exercises an impeccable design sense and meticulous attention to detail as Flightpath's creative director, lead designer, and captain of the user experience team. He has immersed himself in digital design since his graduation from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Science. Steve is a diehard Yankees fan and Mac enthusiast.


Cliff Medney, Chief Creative Strategist

Cliff is Flightpath’s Chief Creative Strategist, which is to say he is passionately into creative ideas, concepts that work hard at making strategic sense and a business difference for our clients. Cliff has worked at big agencies like BBDO and big companies like Nabisco. When not creating or strategizing, Cliff is a bigtime walker in NYC, especially Central Park with his wife Josana and adopted Airedale Abby. A graduate of the University of Georgia (Go Bulldogs), with a major in Sociology, Cliff still loves the study of human interaction almost as much as he loves interacting with dogs!


Denise Lao, PMP Director of Production

Denise deploys her relentless focus to facilitate multiple accounts and oversee Flightpath's project managers and production teams. She has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a minor in Internet Technologies from Pace University. Away from the office, she just wants a nice bottle of wine and a sunny beach. She also enjoys watching boxing - preferably live.


Alex Lindgren, Director of Technology

Alex commands the lifecycle of digital development and oversees Flightpath's technological teams. His technical experience includes ASP, Java, .Net and database design. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina. After college, he worked for several dot-com startups around Chapel Hill and then at Elon University as a Web Developer for 4 years. He likes travel, sailing, vegetarian food, and learning Spanish.


John Lee, Director of Digital Marketing and Analytics

John Lee brings more than ten years of enterprise software marketing, business process improvement and computer hardware marketing experience to his new post. He has designed interactive marketing programs for companies including Cisco, Konica Minolta and Kyocera. Lee holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from San Francisco State University.

Tyler Abrams, Digital Production Associate

Tyler holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Fredonia State University. He enjoys the challenge in finding quick solutions and creative workarounds when dealing with browser limitations, and also learning about new ways to enhance user interactivity in websites with a combination of HTML/CSS and programming. Tyler's hobbies include epic bike rides through Brooklyn, genre hopping through music, discovering exotic canned goods.


Seth Bronstein, Associate Project Manager

Seth Bronstein is a graduate from the University at Albany with a B.A in Information Science. It was a passion for Web Design which brought Seth to the Flightpath team as a Project Manager. In his free time Seth enjoys playing Jazz Saxophone, Silkscreen and Block Printing Art, Doctor Who, and going to concerts with friends.


Bei Cao, Developer

Bei has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the South China University of Technology and a master's degree in computer science from CUNY. She is an experienced programmer with a diverse skill set and background. When she's not at work she enjoys shopping and going to restaurants. She also loves animals, especially dogs.


Anne Clark, Office Manager

Originally from Nebraska, Anne received her bachelor’s in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. At Flightpath, she utilizes her administrative background to manage the office as well as accounts payable and receivable. She is also W3School certified in HTML development. She likes cowboy boots, playing electric guitar, college football, long walks around Manhattan, and a good cheesebuger.


Gino Di Bianco, Senior Designer

Since completing his MFA in Graphic Design at Boston University, Gino has had a diverse career designing and directing major print, interactive, packaging and identity programs and has also held faculty positions at William Paterson University and Boston University's College of Fine Arts. At Flightpath, Gino is part of the graphic design team. While away from work, he enjoys Yankees baseball, fishing, comic books, Led Zeppelin, spaghetti, New York City, and hanging out with his recently adopted Pit Bull, Franklin 'Frankie' Beans.


Annemarie Dooling, Social Media Manager

Annemarie holds a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications from the City University of New York. She’s produced websites and communities for Telepictures Productions, Shermanstravel.com, and CosmoGIRL! magazine, as well as creating content for MarieClaire.com, OZO Life, and Lucky magazine. She was also chosen as an organizer and speaker for the Travel Blogger’s Exchange conference. When not on Twitter, she lives vicariously through French fashion blogs, Flip cams, and the History Channel.


Jocelyn Eide, Copywriter

Jocelyn Eide holds a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing with a Japanese minor from the University of Montana. She loves to write and enjoys the daily opportunity to collaborate with the other creative members of the Flightpath team. She thinks the most important part of her position is helping clients craft the right message for the right audience, one creative piece at a time. When she's not writing copy, she can usually be found writing fiction, watching HBO dramas, or hunting for the perfect bowl of ramen.


Juan Elias, Art Director

Juan brings ten years of designing large-scale websites for Fortune 500 companies and an MFA in computer art to his designs at Flightpath. When he's not working, he enjoys snowboarding and a slammin' game of tennis.


Michael Feola, Developer

Michael Feola is a recent graduate of Fordham University in the Bronx, where he studied Computer Science. Michael also has W3Schools certification in HTML and CSS. Michael's past work as a freelance graphic designer and web programmer paved his way to Flightpath, where he enjoys his full-time role as a Developer. Among his responsibilities, Michael enjoys producing websites and emails. His weekends are usually spent relaxing and catching up with friends while they kill each other in random video games.


Cavol Forbes, Project Manager

Cavol manages his accounts with uncanny foresight and nimble coordination. He received his BA in English/Journalism at CUNY York College, but has always had a special interest in technology. He is HTML- and CSS-certified by W3schools. His liquid diplomacy is probably a result of living in Kingston, Jamaica, and Washington Heights. In his spare time, he likes fashion and vodka.


Jonathan Gerstein, Project Manager

Jonathan has a dual-degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. He has experience both locally and overseas as a business development consultant and technology manager. Here at Flightpath, his role is primarily the management of the UJC account, gathering business requirements, scheduling and tracking internal resources, overseeing Tech Support/Bugs, managing individual federation requests from concept to delivery, and sometimes getting his hands dirty with HTML/CSS and database work. Outside of Flightpath, Jonathan is a wicked guitarist, food junkie, and avid Sci-Fi reader.


Deanna Ishikawa, PMP Project Manager

Deanna has a bachelor's degree in Information Studies with a Concentration in Web Development from Florida State University. With a strong background in Email Management Tools, Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS (Certified from w3schools), Deanna brings valuable experience to her role as project manager. Some of the projects Deanna oversees include Fleishman Hillard, Goya Foods and The John Caples International Awards.


Ryan Kitson, Designer

Hailing from California, Ryan has a bachelor's degree in Media Studies from the University of San Francisco. Previously he worked in the e-commerce industry and did freelance photography for a national publication. In his spare time he enjoys learning about wine, collecting old box cameras, and has a strong love for coffee.


Claudia Levine, Production Artist

Claudia holds a degree in Interactive Digital Design from Quinnipiac University and recently obtained her W3Schools certification in HTML and CSS. Her job combines her love of aesthetics and her passion for technology. Outside the office, Claudia's interests include music, anything that has to do with the ocean, and chocolate-girl cannot get enough chocolate.


Michael Liss, Project Manager

Since 1996, Michael has been building a media career spanning interactive project management, book publishing, journalism, creative writing, online content and film. He is an original member of the Vail Film Festival executive staff and has driven global institutional research projects on behalf of top-tier investment firms. In 2008, a major social action campaign for human rights in which he played an integral role received international headlines. Mike is passionate about music, film, baseball and cycling around the city.


Wesley Martin, Web Designer

Wesley Martin graduated from Philadelphia University with a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design Communication. Upon graduation, Wesley worked for a major marketing publication. After completing a series of freelance web design projects, he realized his passion was in web design work. This excitement, in addition to what he sees as the future possibilities in web design and its applications, led him to work at Flightpath. When he is not at work, he likes to paint and follow the NY Yankees, NY Giants and NY Knicks religiously.


Rachel Moran, Copywriter

Rachel writes amazing copy. She believes in writing to what people—and search engines—read. She is the sole recipient of the University of Tampa's Portfolio Award 2003. After college, she wrote financial-law reports and attended Stetson University College of Law. Her creative work has appeared on-air at HSN, on numerous high-traffic websites, including HSN.com and AOL.com, and in several national magazines. Her fiction appears in national literary journals. She is conversant in Spanish and likes contemporary art, boating, and dance floors that don't stop.


Steve Rechtman, Associate Project Manager

Steve is a New York native who earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the College of Communication at Boston University. His previous career experience includes interactive media planning and the coordination and management of large-scale live events. He brings a strong knowledge of the online space and a dedication to client satisfaction to his role as Associate Project Manager at Flightpath. When he’s not working, he spends his time playing tennis, reading a good book, or eagerly awaiting the next opportunity to fire up a BBQ grill.


Nick Roach, Digital Production Associate

Nick came to Flightpath after earning a degree in Creative Writing and Psychology at Binghamton University and a degree in Television, Radio, and Film at Syracuse University. The experience he has gained from previous web development companies has made him a valuable asset to the Flightpath development team. Nick unwinds by listening to electronica music on the train, playing video games at his home, going out for a semi-daily run, and working on his webcomic.


Ryan Rueckl, Web Developer

Ryan attained a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and started off working for a small IT consulting company where he quickly found himself immersed in the latest Microsoft products and solutions. He likes to keep up with the latest software and web technologies. In his free time he enjoys sports, movies, and Nintendo Wii. He also likes to think that he is a beer connoisseur.


Christopher Ruggiero, Copywriter

Christopher is enrolled in Rutgers University's Master of Library and Information Science program. As a former teacher of English abroad and cataloging intern at the Smithsonian's Museum of American History, he brings an appreciation of vocabulary, usage, and keywords to his SEO role at Flightpath. Outside of work, Chris enjoys movies, traveling, NPR, and the wonders of New York City. He has a BA in History from McGill University.


Andrew Schorr, Digital Production Associate

Hailing from Hastings-on-Hudson, Andrew is a native New Yorker. He recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BS in Economics. Always interested in digital media and all things design, Andrew ties his passion for technology with his technical know-how at Flightpath. A digital age renaissance man, when Andrew is not enjoying a ballgame at Citi Field or stumbling around the Internet, Andrew enjoys snowboarding and photography, and has an extensive sneaker collection.


Henry Sendaula, Web Tech Support Associate

Henry has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Temple University in Philadelphia. His technical skills and his passion for helping others led him to join the team as a Web Tech Support Associate for the United Jewish Communities. When he's not at the office, he's usually talking about sports or the latest video game with his brother or trying to coax his cat, Bella, down from a window ledge.


Jessica Want, User Experience Designer

Jessica has a degree in psychology and a career background in analysis and human-computer interaction. The experience of writing technical documents to help users understand software products made her realize that if applications were designed with the user in mind, manuals wouldn't be so long. In her role as an information architect at Flightpath, the user's experience is Jessica's first priority. When not making things user-friendly, she spends her time snowboarding, drinking coffee and downloading eclectic music.
