The Challenge
High-end retailer Harvey Electronics approached Flightpath for an email strategy to increase store traffic, drive sales and improve overall customer interaction. While Harvey sought a surefire way to reach its customer base with relevant and targeted information, we wondered: Could the strength of the retailer’s successful offline marketing promotions and print advertising be translated to a dynamic online experience?
The Solution
In partnership with Harvey and its advertising agency, Flightpath developed a strategic campaign involving targeted emails and newsletters to be distributed throughout a calendar year. After creating incisive email templates that adhered to the company’s strict brand guidelines, Flightpath further developed a focused distribution system to get word out about sales and in-store promotions as well as news of Harvey’s featured products. Flightpath currently manages all aspects of Harvey’s opt-in email marketing campaign including creative development, delivery, tracking, analysis and list management. Detailed analysis of the campaign’s performance ensures a consistent increase in site traffic and in-store sales.
