Account Manager

Flightpath is an award winning digital agency headquartered in New York City’s Flatiron district. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. This person will maintain, manage and grow relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential clients. The AM will also bear responsibility for planning, coordinating, and directing results-oriented digital marketing campaigns that leverage web sites, search engines, email, social media and related Web 2.0 tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key, day-to-day agency representative for clients, maintaining a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions.
  • Prepare, guide and review all strategic decisions and documents formulated by agency operating departments before they are delivered to clients.
  • Review all creative concepts to confirm whether they meet strategic goals before they are delivered to the client for consideration/approval.
  • Develop cost estimates and ensure timely delivery of all services/deliverables.
  • Ensure client needs and expectations are met throughout full project life cycles.
  • Grow client relationships as warranted, making a real impact on account revenue.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years account stewardship experience for mid-market and/or Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experience within the interactive communication industry, including online marketing, media, and technology.
  • Keen business acumen and demonstrable bottom-line orientation.
  • Experience in one of the following vertical markets: B2B Marketing, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Health and Wellness, Retail.
  • Strong interpersonal networking and relationship-building orientation/skill set.
  • Must be professional, dedicated, conscientious and honest, with strong organizational skills and focused attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and communication (written and oral) skills.
