Senior Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager with deep digital marketing experience to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover, create, qualify and close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, partnership development, event attendance, relationship building, etc.
  • Grow account revenue to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Manage and grow relationships with clients, partners and key referral sources. Assure clients’ needs are being met throughout engagements.
  • Research and increase knowledge of products, competition, industry trends and selling skills.
  • Masterfully represent Flightpath, our point of view, service offerings and value proposition at meetings, conferences, and events

Qualifications

  • Strong track record of sales success and accountability
  • Disciplined self-starter with 5-10 years of B-to-B sales experience including prospecting, networking and partnering to mid-market and Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Deep experience with the digital marketing industry, including web development, social media, search and email marketing
  • Thoughtful, consultative, problem-solving sales approach.
  • Experience in one of the following vertical markets: Consumer Products, Financial Services, Health and Wellness, Retail, B2B Marketing.
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and quickly get up to speed on the needs of a specific industry or market segment.
  • Must be professional, dedicated, conscientious and honest, with strong organizational skills and focused attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and oral), and listening skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
