Jon Fox, President

Jon has a bachelor's degree from New York University and almost twenty years experience marketing some of the world's biggest brands including AOL, Pepsi, and Sony. When not leading Flightpath, he's a father, rock and roll singer, and marathon runner.


Steven Louie, Creative Director

Steven demonstrates his impeccable design sense and a meticulous attention to detail every day as Flightpath's lead designer, creative director and captain of our user experience team. Steve is a diehard Yankee Fan and Mac enthusiast.


Farzan Asi, Web Developer

Farzan graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Computer Information Systems and minoring in Philosophy. Originally a C++ programmer, recently he has focused on all things .NET. When he is not working as a developer at Flightpath he spends his time relaxing and playing video games. One of these days he will actually learn to play at least one musical instrument well.


Joshua Blair, Director of Production

Josh is a Penn State graduate and holds a certificate from Columbia University’s Executive Information Technology Management Program. He brings a wealth of process, project and interactive development experience to Flightpath. Prior to joining the company, Joshua managed enterprise-level web projects for well known brands such as Revlon, BankOne/Chase, CitiGroup, and most recently, ESPN.


Seth Bronstein, Web Production Associate

Seth Bronstein is a graduate from the University at Albany with a B.A in Information Science. It was a passion for Web Design which brought Seth to the Flightpath team as a Web Production Associate. Seth's responsibilities as a WPA include Tech Support for United Jewish Communities, Quality Assurance Testing, as well as Web Production. In his free time Seth enjoys playing Jazz Saxophone, Silkscreen and Block Printing Art, Doctor Who, and going to concerts with friends.


Bei Cao, Developer

Bei has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the South China University of Technology and a master’s degree in computer science from CUNY. She is an experienced programmer with a diverse skill set and background. When she’s not at work she enjoys shopping and going to restaurants. She also loves animals, especially dogs.


Gino DiBianco, Senior Designer

Since completing his MFA in Graphic Design at Boston University, Gino has had a diverse career designing and directing major print, interactive, packaging and identity programs and has also held faculty positions at William Paterson University and Boston University's College of Fine Arts. At Flightpath, Gino is part of the graphic design team. While away from work, he enjoys Yankees baseball, fishing, comic books, Led Zeppelin, spaghetti, New York City, and hanging out with his recently adopted Pit Bull, Franklin ‘Frankie' Beans.


Juan Elias, Art Director

With over seven years of experience in designing large-scale websites for Fortune 500 companies, Juan joined Flightpath after receiving his MFA degree in computer art from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Aside from art and design, Juan also enjoys snowboarding and a good game of tennis.


Michael Feola, Developer

Michael Feola is a recent graduate of Fordham University in the Bronx, where he studied Computer Science. Michael also has W3Schools certification in HTML and CSS. Michael's past work as a freelance graphic designer and web programmer paved his way to Flightpath, where he enjoys his full-time role as a Developer. Among his responsibilities, Michael enjoys producing websites and emails. His weekends are usually spent relaxing and catching up with friends while they kill each other in random video games.


Susan Flores, Operations Coordinator

Suzie Flores is Baruch College Graduate with a BA in Literature and art history as well as an AA in Public Relations. As the Operations Coordinator, she handles all interoffice relations and helps keep Flightpath running smoothly. She is a dog lover and enjoys reading .


Cavol Forbes, Web Production Associate

Cavol was born and raised in Jamaica (the island) but moved to Queens, NYC at age 16 with family. He is currently in his final semester as an English/Journalism major at CUNY York College. Web Design started out as a hobby but has developed into what he hopes to be a long-term career. He recently joined the Flightpath team as a Web Production Associate and became HTML and CSS certified by W3schools. In his spare time, Cavol likes to write short stories and poetry at the nearest Starbucks which makes up at least half of his diet.


Dina Garfinkel, PMP Senior Project Manager

After earning a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton, Dina went on to build her eclectic resume with stints as an educational technologist, webmaster, Ford Motors analyst, and goalkeeper for the Jerusalem women's soccer team. These days, when she's not managing the United Jewish Communities account at Flightpath, she's a youth group leader, novice tri-athlete, and mother of two future Mia Hamms.


Beth Greenberg, Account Representative

After receiving her B.A. in Sociology and minor in Women's Studies from S.U.N.Y. New Paltz Beth began her career at an advertising agency working in television and has been working in various media industries since. When she is not working, she is an avid reality television watcher, a feline philanthropist, indie-film junkie, and a lover of music.


Deanna Ishikawa, PMP Project Manager

Deanna has a bachelor's degree in Information Studies with a Concentration in Web Development from Florida State University. With a strong background in Email Management Tools, Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS (Certified from w3schools), Deanna brings valuable experience to her role as project manager. Some of the projects Deanna oversees include Fleishman Hillard, Goya Foods and The John Caples International Awards.


Robert Karman, Developer

Bob holds a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Binghamton and has been developing websites with Microsoft technologies for 3 years. In his free time Bob enjoys music, snowboarding and developing his own beer recipes.


Ryan Kitson, Designer

Hailing from California, Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from the University of San Francisco. Previously he worked in the e-commerce industry and did freelance photography for a national publication. In his spare time he enjoys learning about wine, collecting old box cameras, and has a strong love for coffee.


Denise Lao, PMP Project Manager

Armed with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and minor in Internet Technologies from Pace University, Denise joined Flightpath as a Project Manager. She oversees projects for key accounts including AOL, American Express, TLC, and Tishman. Her projects vary from web design initiatives to e-mail marketing campaigns to audits and enhancements to the User Interface of existing web sites. Away from the office, she's a wine buff, food enthusiast, and travel junkie.


Claudia Levine, Production Artist

It was an eye for design and a love of computers that led Claudia through her degree in Interactive Digital Design at Quinnipiac University. After school, she found her way to Flightpath, where she is hard at work as a production artist. She has recently obtained her W3Schools certification in HTML and CSS. Outside the office, Claudia's interests include music and anything that has to do with the ocean. And chocolate. She just can't get enough chocolate.


Alex Lindgren, Director of Technology

After attending the University of North Carolina and working for several dot com startups around Chapel Hill, Alex worked at Elon University as a Web Developer for 4 years. His technical experience includes ASP, Java, .Net and database design. He enjoys travel, sailing, vegetarian food, and learning Spanish.


Amy Prosen, Producer

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown, Amy studied web design at NYU. In her role as a web producer at Flightpath, her responsibilities include project management, graphic production, and webpage production with ASP. She enjoys gardening in her back yard in Brooklyn, films, and experimental rock.


Nick Roach, Web Production Associate

Nick came to Flightpath after earning a degree in Creative Writing and Psychology at Binghamton University and a degree in Television, Radio, and Film at Syracuse University. The experience he has gained from previous web development companies has made him a valuable asset to the Flightpath development team. Nick unwinds by listening to electronica music on the train, playing video games at his home, going out for a semi-daily run, and working on his webcomic.


Ryan Rueckl, Web Developer

Ryan attained a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and started off working for a small IT consulting company where he quickly found himself immersed in the latest Microsoft products and solutions. He likes to keep up with the latest software and web technologies. In his free time he enjoys sports, movies, and Nintendo Wii. He also likes to think that he is a beer connoisseur.


Jessica Want, Information Architect

Jessica has a degree in psychology and a career background in analysis and human-computer interaction. The experience of writing technical documents to help users understand software products made her realize that if applications were designed with the user in mind, manuals wouldn't be so long. In her role as an information architect at Flightpath, the user's experience is Jessica's first priority. When not making things user-friendly, she spends her time snowboarding, drinking coffee and downloading eclectic music.
