We start with our discovery process. Through interviews and examination of pertinent documentation, data and statistics, we make best efforts to clearly identify:

Beyond informing layouts and designs, these findings enlighten Flightpath’s appropriate selection of technologies and statistical benchmarks. Our primary goals are greater frequency and duration of return visits, increased conversion rates (i.e. sales, leads, etc.), and overall customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Conceptualization

Process-Driven Execution

Members of Flightpath’s production and development teams carry certifications from Microsoft, W3Schools, and the Project Management Institute (PMI). All Flightpath Project Managers are certified as Project Management Professionals (PMP), ensuring that all ventures are approached and executed methodically and in line with specifications.

Measurement and Analysis

ROI is central to all of our endeavors and Flightpath’s performance management professionals have deep expertise in mining data from the leading analytics packages. We start with a set of clear goals, an explicit body of key performance indicators, and a realistic measurement plan. Post-launch analysis produces recommendations to improve or sustain desired results, specific metrics on conversions-to-date, and ideas for further testing and experimentation. Lessons learned are also imported into a Flightpath knowledgebase to inform future campaigns, concepts and client engagements.
